CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT PROTEIN OATMEAL BAKE
This delicious recipe by Sasha Paul, nutritional therapist and founder of Natural Food Therapy
Recipe:
1/2 cup milk of choice (I used almond milk)
1/3 cup (35g) oats
1/2 a banana (45g) mashed
1 scoop Chocolate Classic Protein Powder
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon hazelnut butter
Method:
In a bowl mix together all the ingredients and then spoon into a greased oven-safe bowl. Top with 2 squares of dark chocolate 🍫 (I used organic green & blacks 70% choc) & some crushed hazelnuts. Bake at 200C for 20-25 minutes.
