We’re so excited to be sharing this Pumpkin Pie NanaBowl recipe with you guys! As Spring is upon us, we wanted to create something festive and seasonal for you all. Think thick, cold, creamy and crunchy all in one -- what a dream! This protein NanaBowl has absolutely no dairy, gluten or added sugars (not even dates, dried fruit or honey). It protein packed with Sunwarrior vanilla plant-based protein for an added health boost and a seriously delicious flavour. So it’s safe for all you fitsters, yogis and health gurus!

Ingredients

1 frozen bananas

1 cup frozen pumpkin (roasted first, then frozen)

3 frozen coconut milk cubes

1 scoop Sunwarrior Vanilla Sprouted & Fermented Raw Vegan Superfood Protein

¾  tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp nutmeg

Method

Blend all the ingredients together using a top loading blender or food processor. Mix using your blender plunger until a thick and creamy consistency forms; you may need to add a little splash of cold water too.

Pour into a bowl and top with all the trimmings. We love using Coco Paradise coconut chips, fresh banana slices and some raw pistachios for that extra crunch.

So #GrabASpoon and enjoy! If you guys make this one at home, don’t forget to tag us @NanaBowls and let us know what you think!

P.S. Feel free to share this with any of your smoothie lovin’ friends!
